Q: How do I choose which size to buy?

A: Use the txtRng;) measurement tool. Print the PDF without scaling and place the finger you want to use for the txtRng;) inside the guide.

Q: Is the stylus bump removable?

A: Yes. It can be taken out for cleaning or replacement. Please let us know if you need additional stylus bumps.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Exchanges and refunds will be accepted within 30 days of shipment of the rings. Please contact us at contact{at}txtrng{dot}com with details regarding the reason for your return and we will send you a Return Authorization and shipping label. Shipping is complimentary on the first return. Any subsequent returns will be your responsibility.

Q: Will other colors and designs be available in the future?

A: Yes. We plan to launch new designs and colors several times a year. If you have something in mind please send us your ideas via facebook, Google+, twitter or “contact us”.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number or order confirmation?

A: Yes, if you provide a valid e-mail address you will receive both. First, you will receive an order confirmation immediately after your order is placed. Within 24 hours of your order shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Q: Can I make changes or cancel my order once it has been placed?

A: No. Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled.

Q: What about import duties, fees and charges on orders outside of the United States?

A: We are not responsible for any import duties, fees, fines or other charges that you may incur upon receipt of the product. Most countries do not charge these fees for products under a certain price point. Check with your local government agency.
